Machine Condition Evaluation
Our Machinery Condition Evaluation (MCE) assesses the physical and operational condition of rotating equipment.
Specifically, an MCE:
- Establishes equipment condition based on industry severity standards
- Evaluates all bearing conditions
- Checks vibration, bearing by bearing, and records overall bearing vibration levels
- Provides machinery vibration severity codes
At the conclusion of the evaluation, we will deliver a final report outlining recommendations for improvement, repairs or upgrades, and any necessary staff skills training. See the training area for more information.
