Installed Base Evaluation

One of the first steps to reducing spare parts costs is to evaluate Installed Base electrical and electronic equipment, as well as spare inventory.
Two levels of service are available:
IBE- Basic includes an inventory and a "health check" of your installed electronic and mechanical equipment. Data is summarised in a final report itemising all equipment.
IBE- Comprehensive compiles a complete, sophisticated review and analysis of your Installed Base, including stores of Rockwell Automation equipment.
Our comprehensive Installed Base Evaluation examines:
- Equipment use in various applications and environmental conditions
- Maintenance history
- Maintenance and repair procedures
- Management of Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) inventory
Specific features include:
- Identification of product locations
- Listing of critical, excess and insufficient spares
- Overview of current MRO practices
- Examination of facility environmental conditions
At the conclusion of the evaluation, we deliver a final report outlining recommendations for improvement, repairs or upgrades, and skills training for your staff. See the training section for more information.
