In.Site Continuous Support
In.Site Continuous Support is Rockwell Automation's premier remote monitoring and diagnostic service.
In.Site utilises a high speed, broadband connection to the plant floor, web-enabled software, and 24x7 technical support to significantly reduce - even prevent - unscheduled downtime and maximise the efficiency of production assets.
The broadband connection allows engineers at the In.Site Command Center to continuously collect and monitor real-time production data. If a problem is identified, the plant floor is notified immediately with suggested corrective action. The In.Site engineers then work with the plant floor to resolve the issue, often preventing an unscheduled downtime event.
Standard In.Site features also include a secure website for authorised company personnel to monitor real-time production data and view support cases.
